This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Nablusi Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

• Application refers to Nablusi, the software program provided by the Company.

• Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Nablusi, operated by an individual developer.

• Country refers to: Turkey

• Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.

• Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.

• Service refers to the Application.

• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

2.1 Local Processing

All dream interpretations are performed locally on your device using an on-device AI model (TinyLlama local LLM). Your dreams and interpretations never leave your device and are not transmitted to our servers or any third-party services.

2.2 Local Storage

If you choose to save your dreams in the app's journal feature, this data is stored locally on your device only. We do not have access to this data, and it is not synchronized to any cloud service unless you explicitly choose to do so through a future opt-in feature.

3. Advertising

3.1 Third-Party Advertising

Our Service may display advertisements from third-party advertising networks. These advertising networks may use cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies to collect information about your device and your interaction with advertisements.

3.2 Advertising Data

Third-party advertisers may collect:

• Device identifiers (such as advertising IDs)
• General location information (country/region level)
• App usage patterns (for ad targeting purposes)

This information is collected by the advertising networks, not by Nablusi. We do not have access to or control over the data collected by these third-party advertising networks.

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Reset advertising ID / Opt out of Ads Personalization
• iOS: Settings → Privacy → Apple Advertising → Limit Ad Tracking

Since we do not collect personal information, these rights do not apply. However, we are committed to transparency about our data practices.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.

However, remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.

7. Third-Party Services

7.1 Advertising Networks

Our Service may use third-party advertising networks to display advertisements. These services have their own privacy policies and may collect information about your device and usage patterns. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
